Based on the events of the protest in Pollockshields, South Glasgow over the Home Office doing a Dawn Raid on two Sikh nationals in 2021, the Docu-Film stars Emma Thompson as the van guy who trapped himself underneath the immigration van to prevent them from leaving and protestors/residents who was there and was apart of the protests.

The film reminds us all of the importance of collective action and how successful it can be, displaying interviews with archival footage and the two actresses (Emma Thompson and Kate Dickie) playing two different protestors who didn`t want to be shown. The cinematography usage is both funny and wholesome and adds to the story of the event, showcasing unity within a neighbourhood.

It also showcases the problems of immigration officers as well as the fact it created tensions between the Home Office and the Scottish Government as well as the fact it happened on an religious holiday, Eid.

The documentary is refreshing, humorous, wholesome and a lesson in the importance of Collective Action and community. As well as, making you feel proud of the society they depict and is extremely Scottish.
